Welcome to the picolier page. I am Peter Dumont, picolier at Verstegen. A picolier is someone who specializes in working with herbs and spices. This means that I know everything about the origin of herbs and spices, their smell and taste and how to use them. I also like to tell in what dishes they taste good and in what combination they are best used.
